I have been with Zátiší Group for 14 years, with a short break along the way. I spent most of my professional journey at Mlýnec, where I experienced fine dining first-hand and became convinced that my true calling is to provide guests with the very best possible care. I also gained valuable experience at our sister restaurant, V Zátiší.

Now, I am delighted to take on a new challenge — becoming the driving force behind the newly established Bursa restaurant.

Lukáš Mašek leads the kitchen at Bursa, bringing with him years of experience from the top gastronomy of Zátiší Group. Since 2013, he worked at Bellevue, where he progressed through every kitchen position to become sous-chef and was part of the team at a time when Bellevue ranked among the TOP 20 restaurants in Europe on TripAdvisor. During his career, he also collaborated with visiting Michelin-starred chefs and gained experience that now shapes his own cooking style. He spent the last two years in the kitchen of V Zátiší. Now, he is looking forward to a new challenge at Bursa, where, as head chef, he will build the kitchen around fire, quality ingredients and honest food.
