We have created a place you can drop into at any time of day for breakfast, lunch, or an evening spent with family and friends over freshly poured beer and great food.
Meat cooked over fire and on the grill takes centre stage. We also think of vegetarians, so there is always a meat-free alternative on the menu. We love good beer, serve Pilsner Urquell on tap, and also feature a selection from smaller breweries.

Bursa is more than a pub. It is an industrial event venue in the heart of Holešovice Market, equally suited to a team dinner for 20 or a large corporate event for up to 800 guests. Inside, it offers a flexible layout with seating for up to 350 guests... Outside, the courtyard features grills, bars and a food zone with space for another 200 guests. Direct connection to Hall 13 enables even larger events with dedicated parking.
We are part of the Zátiší Group, which has been active in the restaurant industry for more than 30 years. We have experience, a passion for innovation, and high-quality local suppliers—and we want to put all of that to good use at Bursa. Our team members have been with the group for many years. In 2026, we became B Corp certified, making us the first certified company in the food service and hospitality sector not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Central Europe.
